Nice little update today sent through from Classic Coachworks.

Underside, Sills and Back have all been stone chip coated and look great!

Also got the new BC racing suspension fitted on:

Following on from yesterday, here is the the first and second part of the fiberglass installed.

It simply bolts in to the existing Z3 holes.

I'm guessing the larger bit of fiberglass supports the back end.

The grp part is the extension of the boot inner. It performs more than one task in that it slightly extends the usable boot space while supporting the large rear clam that makes up the majority of the back end of the kobra.

Cheap Ebay fake roll hoops.

For what I paid for them (80 quid) they are fine but I wish they were twice as tall and stuck out much more. They just look too low for me at the moment.

Keeping up with the post a day....

Here's the front, indicators are in but waiting for main LED lights. Still wondering if the new style LED will look OK compared to the classic headlights. I have both!

My personal opinion is that if you go LED indicators then complete the look with the modern headlights.

Glad to see Ian and co getting on with the build. I miss the process a great deal 😔

Yeh i'm still debating if they look any better than the traditional lights which I have a set of also. I like the idea of never changing the bulbs though!

If you're contemplating fitting LED headlights I would be interested in the ones you found ?

These are the ones I bought, they seem quite good and very nice price.

They are 7" size
