Barb has been on about meeting up potters since Silverstone,That's a great shame Ray , you will both be missed
She is very disappointed not being able to attend
We've been several times to potters great place, five star entertainment and glorious food,
also I used to go and watch the world indoors bowls there
Enjoy
We're OK for 7th or 13th December nights. Think an overnight stay will be best. (Especially, as might be a bit nippy outdoors after the party for Macca in the famous kilt!)

Hi all, please can you get back to me and tell me the specific night you would like to have the Christmas party on please ( mark and Caroline still pink nights for both of you ) I can then phone potters tomorrow ( Monday ) and see what they have to say ( I'm still waiting for a call back with your question Caroline ) thanks 
Shelly, looking at every bodies availability, it looks like the Saturday 7th December is the one that all can attend? Can I suggest as time is getting on, you go for that one?

Hi all, just been on phone to Potters, I've booked the Christmas party night for the 7th of December, their is a £10 pp deposit to be paid within the next 10 days the number you have to call is 01502 735042 and ask for SAM, she is the person dealing with our party night, I had to call a different number to get our rooms booked but the person don't start work till 1-5, the person, said she will get her to call me tomorrow as I'm at work today in the hours she is working , our name is under BMW Z GROUP, I ask if their we're rooms still available for our party night and she said YES, so I will tell you all about our conversation tomorrow , hopefully that will be sorted too, Here is our menu choices for that night if you can get back to me what you would like to eat

Hi all , just been on the phone to Potters, about our over night stay, the person I spoke to is named Chris, he said that he need everyone's names and addresses , so if you want you can email them to me and I can forward them to him ( he is calling me back Friday morning) if not you can phone him direct your selfs him number is 0845 4379896 and our ref is 1213921008, we can pay a deposit for our nights stay when he have got all our details, we then have to pay in full for the room by 8TH OCTOBER , the hours that Chris will be in his office this week are as follows Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 10.30-7.00, and Friday 9.00-5.30, I'm quite happy if you want me to forward your details to him tho, he is holding the rooms for us, I've asked what time check in is and it's 2.00 o'clock and check out time is Sunday at 10.00 o'clock , we also get breakfast included, unfortunately none of the facility's are included in the price, any question please ask me and I will find out for you thanks all
