Hi guys and girls, it's now the time of year to book our EAC Christmas party. I've made a few enquiries to Potters holiday village in Hopton, the week before Christmas is already booked up, the only nights that are still available are as follows.....
SATURDAY 30TH NOVEMBER £29.95 pp
Traditional Christmas party night with a DJ
7pm glass of Buck's Fizz followed by a 4 course meal
SATURDAY 7TH DECEMBER £49.99 pp
Charity Christmas almost pink ( people to wear as much pink as possible) entertainment from Almost Pink female performer
7pm glass of pink martini spritz followed by a 5 course meal
THURSDAY 12TH DECEMBER £29.95 pp
Traditional Christmas party with a DJ
7pm glass of Buck's Fizz followed by a 5 course meal
FRIDAY 13TH DECEMBER £49.99 pp
Superstitious Christmas party with maybe GaGa plus DJ ( the most accurate and outrageous tribute to lady GaGa
7pm glass of Buck's Fizz followed by a 5 course meal
The tables are set out different for each night, so we might end up wit people on our table depending on how many people are in our group and also which night we go. Their is a £10 deposit non refundable , I will write the menu out when we all decide which night we are going to go, that's if people still want to spend the night at potters, if you pay by debit or credit card their is a 1.5% surcharge ( sorry ) .
The overnight stay is £89.00 per room based on two adults sharing ( the Christmas nights for the party and overnight stays are going quickly so we better act fast so we all get in)
I've also asked about the parking at potters and the lady I spoke to said she will sort something out for us.
Can you let as know asap which night you all would like to go, then we can start a list and we can get back to potters to sort our Christmas party night out , if you need any more info please let myself or Caroline know and we will be pleased to help :wink:

Can only make the 7th of Dec I'm afraid.

Thursday and Fridays are not suitable for us due to work.

It's a good 2 hour drive for most people so its best to stay over!

I agree sandy, as soon as people get back to me on what night they want to do , I will then phone up potters and get the wheels in motion

Yeah all that is booked up , only a handful of dates left, hopefully we will get in on one of them , can't believe it's only September and all the dates the week before Christmas have been sold already
