Hi all, just had a letter from POTTERS , they have sent me your PAYMENT RECEIPTS ( for the meal ) , I will bring the receipts with me when we go to the WHISKEY TOUR on the 26th October , ( if any1 needs the receipt sooner I can post it to you ) .
The FOOD ORDER needs to be in by the 1st NOVEMBER , so when you know what what you want please can I have your orders , also that is the date when the meal needs to be paid in full, any questions please ask ,

Hi all just spoke to CHRIS at potters, their have been a mix up with our payment for our over nights stay at POTTERS, POOR SHAUN AND KAREN , some how payed the full amount of what was left to pay for our nights stay CHRIS has apologised about this and said he don't no how it have happened. So who every had money left to pay please can you give your £29 pounds to Shaun and Karen , I'm sending my apologises too

Hi all. I received an 'early warning' call from good friend Macca about the mix-up that Potters had made with my payment some time before I spotted Shelley's post (above). Being the old skinflint that I am (bah humbug...), I contacted Potters straight after Macca's call and had the payment corrected, so I have only paid the balance for the room for me & Karen and you all still need to contact Potters and pay your individual room balances direct to Potters (by 8th October!).

Being ex-military (i.e., serving in Her Majesty's Sea Cadets from age 11 yrs to 12yrs 6 mths), I repeat: I have only paid the balance for the room for me & Karen and you all still need to contact Potters and pay your individual room balances direct to Potters (by 8th October!).

Hi all , just had a letter of conformation to say all our bungalows for the over nights stay at Potters are now booked , the accommodation keys will be available from 2pm on Saturday , and we must vacate bungalows by 10am Sunday
Please can I have your meal orders asap so I can give the orders into Potters ,

Yippie just been out and brought my pink dress , wonder how many people turn up wearing the same , I expect it will be hard to tell who is who after a few drinks with all the ladies in pink and maybe men as well , we will all look like a strawberry blancmange when were all together lol
