You might want to consider whether you are selling the rights to the design too in case.

Its been sat in an old spray booth for over 20 years and its based on a mark 1 cavalier, if a buyer collects it they will be doing us a big favour, however I'm sure with some ingenuity I am sure it could be adapted.
I know mate and it has the log book, we used it because it was rear wheel drive
