I've spoken to Tom Partridge at The Bold Forester (Ryan from last year has moved on) and got us permission to use their car park as a meeting point ready to move on to Beaulieu together.

As a club we can access Beaulieu from 0900hrs but I remember that getting in was a slow process last year so if we aim for before 0900hrs we will give ourselves time to organise.

I propose we meet at The Bold Forester car park at about 0815hrs to leave for 0845hrs.

The Bold Forester is very popular/busy from lunch time but before 9 should be quiet, don't know if they do breakfast?
PS Don't think they open until lunch time.

I confirmed with them they won't be open until midday no other club has asked to meet there so I just hope no one else crashes the party!
