I saw video of a shark in knee deep water off the Atlantic coast around Daytona last night on the news show I follow and there was a guy looking the other way paddling as it swam past him!! You could see its dorsal and top of the tail fin about 6 feet apart...............so big enough.
There have been numerous shark attacks in the shallow waters all down the Atlantic coast mainly from juvenile fish big enough to cause cuts and lacerations, mainly on kids.

I remember about 5-6 years ago there was a spate of shark attacks and then they "corrected" the situation, disappointing that they appear to have regressed...great..... thanks guys:thumbsup:...not.....sorry gone a bit off thread here...so see you people on the 20th Sept if the sharks/ISIS don't get us.....gulp :nailbiting::nurse:

Date is the 20th September 2015.

Meeting point is to be BMW HQ at Fleet. I will be confirming and putting a map up when I have visited to work out the inner points. They have offered us Tea / Coffee and a Bacon Roll too.. Hope that makes a few people happy.

I now need actual numbers, so can you please confirm in either a PM or on the thread. I am proposing meeting from 09:45 and we will be at the BMW HQ for about an hour. leaving from 10.30 onwards after our little drink and breakfast roll.

Keep smiling, this is hopefully going to be a good one.

Well after the positive feed back regarding the New Forest 2015, I have decided to be a mug and organise another run but this time along the Central Hampshire roads and then the South Downs.

The route attached is just for a taster, as it will have to be finalised and areas confirmed.

Hi please add Mandy & I to the coming list. There maybe two others as one of my neighbours has brought a silver Z3 1.9 so told him about the club. He may even go on the South Downs run :thumbsup:
