Never tried Sking, the thought of 18 stones of welshman flying uncontrolably down a mountain frightens me never mind the poor people and dogs who get in my way Only one outcome:
I have the window mounted one for when I take my winter break in San Moritz. So that I can keep my rack the right way round, you never know when it may come in handyIf sporty old @miller1098 put his boot rack on the right way round after a week of transporting sheep, he could do this.......

I am itching to do another one Moz, at the moment though I cant get the two full weeks off due to work commitments, I did put in for Holidays same time as you as I really wanted to come along, but got refused because I am told by my MD that he cant afford for me to be off for two weeks, sounds unfair I know but I do understand his reasoning as we are currently in the process of securing the continuation of a contract with a Blue Chip company and without this contract the Warehouse would suffer redundancies. I also have a BRC audit in July Never mind I will share your experience through your running commentary and photo postings, We are reduced to having days away down in the Van, If you fancy when the weather improves why not come down and spend a few nights, you will be more than welcome be good to spend some time with you, Even if I am working you and Andrea are welcome to use it any time you want. That pics fannytastic .crackin roads great memories Jim.

What? You had the top up and the heater on at 2c? No wonder the the window didn't shatter, I'm surprised it didn't melt!!! lol JIMView attachment 12071
Finally had some snow that settled here in the tropical south east(!)
Nothing like a bit of zledding with the roof down!
And no, the rear plastic window did not shatter! I did however drive for around 30 mins with the heater on (and was around 2c outside so that helped keep it supple).
