Hi @Dakar Z3 no not disappointed at all, there are so many on the market so it can only really be by personal recommendation, perhaps I sadly used the wrong word - sadly!

I did mine about a year ago and they are still like new, you are right there are so many to choose from, before using the K2 I’d never heard of it, VHT has been around for years but at the time when I was looking there were so many offers on K2.

what colour did you go for? Looking forward to seeing the finished article.

i meant to ask, I see you are in Southport, I used to call on a BMW parts specialist in Southport about 20+years ago, They had been around for years, it was an old building a massive place on maybe 2or 3 floors if I remember correctly, do you know if they still exist, sorry I cant remember the name of the business.

Yeah Linwar are still going. The old building was actually Southport's first hospital. I've hardly ever bought from them though, I always found their prices a bit OTT especially since eBay.

If you find your pistons are a bit crusty Bigred deliver quite quickly I got all mine, plus seals and new nipples the following day from ordering. Here’s mine in graphite gray.

Used K2 several times now, bike and car, fine stuff. Anyone else used etch primer first?

I’ve not used it with VHT if that helps. Although I did do it once with high build primer. Still stuck nicely to callipers.

Did mine off the car, replaced hoses with braided colour coded ones at the same time.
Just to throw a spanner in the works did mine red and black
Photo does make them look a bit pink but they are definitely Ferrari red
