Dashboard now mounted permanently (I hope), here is a picture of the tacho and speedo in their final resting places;

I really interested to see what that gearshift will feel like with such a tall stick.

Not so keen on your steering set up though ;)

Looks nothing like a Z dash, good doing!

I thought mole grips on the shaft would be OK :D will it pass MOT

Oh yes, the new ones are keeping warm in the spare bedroom at the moment, same colour as centre console. They fit on to the original seat chassis, so electric movement is maintained, and they have adjustable backs.

They look super....but how comfortable they will be ??

Right lots done.
Carpets in, centre consoles fitted permanently, rear bulkhead fitted, interior A post trims painted and re-fitted, old seats removed and passenger seat fitted to original seat chassis.

ABS and ASC lights fitted on passenger side but visible from drivers seat (ABS light is a requirement for the MOT, as the donor had ABS)

12 volt power plug fitted (for Sat Nav)

All speakers replaced, front speaker kick plates painted and re-fitted, rear speakers fitted into rear bulkhead along with radio body and powered amplified aerial,

Front passenger seat fitted along with seat belt and polished belt guide.

Loving the different seats on original bases.

Will look to follow suit.

Rear parcel shelf looks great also. I have a similar unit but undecided on how / what to cover it with.

Keep the pics coming! These DNAs are now going to be hen’s teeth.
