@Derek John do you want to be added to the list ? Are you coming for breakfast ? Bacon rolls ? Passenger ? Are you coming to Goodwood too ? If so I will need the parking money via PayPal as it has to be paid in advance.

Back by popular demand is the BMW HQ at Farnborough, Breakfast roll and chat followed by a lovely run out over the South Downs.

I have arranged the BMW HQ for the starting point with breakfast rolls and a drink. I will need to know if you want Bacon or a Veg option as well as what car you will be bringing Z3 / Z4 / Other.. ( We have a multi-storey for you guys ). This is needed so that BMW can arrange the catering. If you put your names down and change your mind, can you please let me know rather than BMW cook more food than is needed. Thank you.

Start time will be assembly from 09:15 leaving the HQ from about 10.30 onwards in groups of no more than 8 per group. So I will need some volunteers to lead the other groups too please.

Route will be posted as soon as it is confirmed.

The grouping below is not the final groups, it is to give myself an idea of numbers.

UPDATE.

I have had a chat with Goodwood and parking in the inner area reserved for us will be £3.60 thats £3 plus vat per car. I have to pay in advance too, so are people happy with this ?

Looking forward to this, always one of the better events every year and we get to perve at all the BMW cars in the headquarters.

@Colin Doyle Thank you Colin, I might need a help with either a back marker of one of the groups which keeps the group together or even a group leader if you feel up to it. It's fairly easy just keeping an eye of the route and an eye on the cars behind. You just make sure you keep an eye out for the back marker who has his / her headlights on. We can discuss at some point soon. Thank you.

I've done the rear marker for the last two meets I've been on so very happy to help out which ever way, just me know,

Trying to see if I can get a day off work so can you pencil me in please (Bacon x 1 and Z3 2.8) - will confirm in the next couple of days. Anybody travelling down from the North West?
