Hello,

Back by popular demand is the BMW HQ at Farnborough, Breakfast roll and chat followed by a lovely run out over the South Downs. Address is Summit ONE, Summit Ave, Farnborough GU14 0FB.

I have arranged the BMW HQ for the starting point with breakfast rolls and a drink. I will need to know if you want Bacon or a Veg option as well as what car you will be bringing Z3 / Z4 / Other.. ( We have a multi-storey for you guys ). This is needed so that BMW can arrange the catering. If you put your names down and change your mind, can you please let me know rather than BMW cook more food than is needed. Thank you.

Start time will be assembly from 09:15 leaving the HQ from about 10.30 onwards in groups of no more than 8 per group. So I will need some volunteers to lead the other groups too please.

Route will be posted as soon as it is confirmed.

The grouping below is not the final groups, it is to give myself an idea of numbers.

I have had a chat with Goodwood and parking in the inner area reserved for us will be £3.60 thats £3 plus vat per car. I have to pay in advance too, so are people happy with this ?

Not sure what happened to my last question, but is there any space left? - I saw the post just now, and would like to come along - 2 people, in a Z3M with the bacon option, and happy to pay for parking

Final reminder PM has been sent out for those who have not paid for the parking at Goodwood. I will reiterate on here. If I do not receive a communication from yourselves by Sunday I will assume you do not wish to park inside the Goodwood Track and you will be removed from that part of the event. You can still attend the BMW HQ, but I still need confirmation.

All parties involved, BMW HQ and Goodwood Racing need numbers on the Monday and final payment of invoices by myself. Hence the reminder.

@N4LLY Goodwood is the end stop. Parking in the inner part of the circuit in the garage area, Hence why we have to pay for parking in advance. You can then look around the area and walk to the Control Tower Cafe for a bit of a chat over a coffee. If you wish to organise the goodwood afternoon tea please feel free, be warned though about the cost and the other charges. I know, I looked into it.

@Merlot I will add you to the list. If you can PM me with regarding to parking. Also can you please clarify, ' one without ' is that one for a veg option ?

Sorry for the late reply. We've been abroad. How do I pay you if I only know your email address. Paypal need more info and so does my bank?? The one without is indeed the Veg option.

No more can be added / changed on the list.

Goodwood Parking is up until Friday 15th as this has to be paid in advance by myself.

Updated main thread. Information below too on groups and route as checked on Sunday. All remains for me to say, if you do not turn up please have the decency to communicate via someone so that a message can come through. If you are running late please take a look at the maps as I am sure you can meet one of the groups on route. Timing is of the essence as we must start to leave at the times stated.
