Hi Lee, I was curious what rims do you have fitted on your Z3? Are they Japan Racing SL01? Thanks!

Hello mate, they are TSW Bathurst 18"

Much appreciated mate, actually I had never considered TSW wheels, this is interesting and they seem quite lightweight. Although ideally I am trying to find 17"...

Yeah very lightweight at 9kg a wheel, only trade off being on bad roads over the years they slightly buckle. Every few years I got them refurbed and straightened.
Enjoy my first weekend with my new project, replaced the antenna grommet, water pump, belts, tensioners and the drivers seat bushes. Took it out for a blast and it now looks like the oil filter housing gasket has gone so that’s the next job on the list. The auto box does seem a bit slow so I am wondering if that’s just the way they are or do I need to change the oil and filter?

Yea there is no history of any gearbox servicing. It looks fairly simple for an enthusiastic amateur It broke down today, running really rough, stalled a few times and the exhaust gases smell really bad. OBD suggests a vacuum leak or o2 sensor issue so I need to try and figure that out.

Go OEM for the O2 sensor if it's that, go cheap pay twice.

MAF unplugged runs alright with idle at 720. Plugged in drops and fluctuates 700 and 550 so I am guessing it needs a new MAF.
Hi, looks like I may need to replace my main light switch with the rheostat, do you have a good used one? Maybe the whole assembly including the vent so I can just swap them over? Car is September 99 facelift if that makes any difference. Thanks.
Z4 e85 door window removal ? Easy job or things to look out for please…any advice welcome ✌
Hi Mazza
I am trying to sell my Z3 with no luck. I guess it’s because I have no idea how much it is worth. If you want to come over and get your panels and take anything else you want then that is fine.
I will be around Friday Saturday and Sunday

Have you spoken to Andy ?? [Spurs]
Hi Roger. Any Qs you have just pop them in the appropriate place and you'll get an answer, it's unlikely that any issue you post won't have an answer.
What is Chasen?
The matcha whisk originated from the Tang and Song Dynasties of China.
It was a kind of tea mixing tool for cooking tea in ancient times. It was made of thin bamboo silk tied into a bunch and added with a handle. It was shaped like a bamboo brush for "wok brush".

Hi, would you have a Z3 (1997) lid for a 'rear storage oddments glove box' - the large top opening lid? My car doesn't have roll hoops if that makes any difference.

Many Thanks
