Right, further to the 12 tonne press. I've machined a puck to help push out the old bushes square. I used a Powerflex bushe for size and took 0.5 off the OD to make it a better fit.

We have @ZTec dropping his zed in this weekend so he will be the first to test it on. If all being good we can do a 1 day turn around on subframes :p

Guys, it was a pleasure to give a donation, its the least I could do and I know what I donated is a fraction of what I would have had to pay for the work carried out.:)

Twas a nice evening in the 'shed with Lee & Paul. New brakes for me, and Paul needed a refurbished front cross brace fitting to his Z3. The current one had holes in it where there shouldn't be. The new-old one looks good with a good covering of black hammerite!

It would have been rude to not take both my Z4 out to bed the brakes in, and for Paul to check the correct fitting of his new brace... so off we wen't in to the Hampshire countryside, along with Lee & @Shortie_gal.

Mini Zed cruise time. Parked up midway so we can grab a Costa coffee! It's not all work and no play in the 'shed

It was a lovely little run... Or should that be 'sprint' to the coffee machine... The z3's did well considering the z4's had 3.0 engines and a nutter at each wheel.

@NODZED even had his z3m cleaned back at the cottage so she's shinny for the morning run.
