Trying to see if I can make it. Is there space for my little impala if I can? I can't work out times if you're not camping? I'd be coming from Cheshire so about 1.5 hours?
 
I counted the spaces left earlier including the deleted numbers reckon 14 spaces left 186 booked be fantastic if everyone shows:):)

You want to be leaving 8.45-9.00 time.
 
On Sunday, if space permits, I'll arrange a group photo of all you Zorg members at the meet. It will be people and not cars - that would be just a logistical nightmare to arrange. Everybody up for that?

Subject to finding a suitable location within the Mill somewhere, I suggest we congregate at around midday before people start to think about food. I'll do a recce when I get there but I suspect it will be either, by the back of the mill looking out across the pond) or in the large field behind the mill. Am sure word will get around quickly once we've got somewhere suitable chosen.
 
Maybe pick a meet point now for everyone to get together at 12 then go to the preferred location (which you will have picked on the morning). Then at least you won't be chasing people and anyone who turns up will be in the pic?

We will be planning next years event which will include spaces for 150 ZEDs, a music tent with local acts and a DJ. Some stalls and of course the BBQ.

The event will be held on the 14th August 2016.

Not Sure if this is tge correct place to put my name down for ZedFest if it is i would like to put my name down if possible
