The V5C is the key document. Everything else can be changed to reflect what it says, and use it as the authority.
The V5C can only be changed with the agreement of DVLA.

I probably hadn't drunk my usual amount of coffee but I understood pingu to be saying that the mot guy could change the data as in the v5 data. After the 3rd cup I clicked what was meant.The v627 will change the V5c.
the tester can Amend his database to match the V5c, but he cannot amend the Dvla database.
so you will need to send off the form. It’s an easy change to make.
