It's not the fan speed it's the temp that needs to be crancked up to max.Had it on the 3rd setting, seems a right b***** to bleed. There is an endless amount of air

They keep falling off, I don't want to loose anymore sheep
The consense seems to be the upright part of the rack is not designed to stop things falling off but to stop them coming forward and hitting you if you brake hard or have a knock.
Small update, fixed a rust repair (and hole)

Centre pipe and cat now fitted, just rear box to do
Manky old one:
Shiny new one:
Next to do is to sort out the brakes (they are seriously corroded but hope I can save them), handbrake cables and the abs light has decided to turn on. Fingers crossed that's it, just needs an mot
