I also tried a Z4 before selling the Z3. I agree they are totally different cars to drive. I could not get on with the Z4, lots of little niggles which added up to me selling the Z4 and keeping the Z3. In fact have bought another Z3 since.

My advice, like all the rest, is to go and try before you buy. That goes for the Z3 and Z4 different models in both ranges.

But I'd buy another Z3 in an instant...:whistle:as the Z3 always puts a smile on my face:thumbsup:

Alpina Roadster S Lux
Hello, I’m Kate.

Where do I begin? I have an Alpina Roadster S and I find this forum confusing to see where I and my car belong. Is it on this forum?

Do I need to be registered at another site?

Who do I speak/write to to get advice on my car; fellow Roadster S owners etc?

Traction control light on.

Clunky plate noise in gearbox.

I previously has a Porsche 968 cabriolet and that forum was simple to use, and I made friends quickly.

But I sold my 968 and bought a roadster S, and now find myself friendless and confused in a confusing world of “no, your Z4 is an Alpina” and I’m a down to earth, no nonsense, regular human being from Sarf Lundun living in Kent and have a strange thing in life of buying odd weekend cars. That’s all

Me.
