Hadn’t thought about creating a mould. I was thinking about covering in a carbon weave and then covering in resin.

I thought of that way but it would mean building outwards as you add layers which would effect fitment. With the wax mould you would build inwards if that makes sense. It could be build solid and cut the holes in for gauges after.
