Well the weather has been no different here with driving rain against the back of the house so much so the patio door frame has been leaking. Noticed a drip whilst watching the BTCC and then discoverred all the wallpaper was wet :( so I have been out in the driving rain with frame sealant in hand trying to seal it all up, appears to be holding at the moment but will have to redo it all when it is dry.

What an afternoon X(

Just to cheer you up, it's raining here too at the moment :)
I live 6 meters under sea level and still have dry feet, not much in the way of rain over here and we have a bit of sunshine and no hose pipe ban!
But to be honest, I would not know what a wet soft top smells like?
Hope not like my neighbors dog when he has been in the sea. :))

I'm afraid (after watching the weather on Countryfile - which is usually bob on) it's going to continue for the south.

It's a proper north/south divide of the weather, we're getting sun but I'm afraid the south is getting wetter. :(

Did 320 miles of top down motoring yesterday. Only 25 on motorways - epic drive :D .

I've got the drive back in the rain at the end of the week to look forward to. Here's hoping the forecast is wrong :ympray: .

Thought all you hosepipe banned peeps, would like to see all the millions of gallons of precious water, flowing out to sea down the bottom of our road :-q It is flowing at a rate of knots towards the wash. ~x(

Drove through in Land rover, was going to take Mora, but I'd have needed a snorkel or a periscope, at least it would have washed the dirt off from Rutland, Thought I could get some pics for next months photo comp, but decided not to risk it, just in case :-ss

WHAT A WASTE!!!! :ymsigh:
