You’ll need to post a photo to confirm what style and size they are, as well as the condition. Values can vary massively.

If they are 19 inch then they are definitely not original off a z3 no zed 3 came with a wheel larger than 17 inch

The attachment appears to be blank apart from someone’s email address. Z3M wheels are 17 inch by the way not 19. They may be M wheels but not from a Z3.

I think I have made a school boy error by measuring the width of the wheel (side to side) - 19 inches - apologies !

The 2 tyres fitted to the front are 225/45 ZR17 W
The 2 tyres fitted to the rear are 225/45 ZR17 Y

so I think I stand correct at wheel size of 17 inches

I attach a replacement pic in jpeg form - hope that opens ok

Again any advice would be appreciated

All the information you require regarding wheel size, dimensions etc is situated around the bolt holes. The wheel is style 18 I think, either way not an M wheels

Are all 4 wheels the same, refer to what i mentioned earlier about the information around the bolt holes. From what I can see the wheel is:
7 1/2 x 17 Inch.
IS also known as ET is 41. The smaller the number the further they poke outwards towards the wheel arch.
Check to see if 2 of your wheels are different for example 8 or 8 1/2.
If all 4 wheels are the same its known as a square setup and if two of the wheels are wider thens its known as staggered. Staggered generally fetch a better price. As for the price, condition, style, staggered or not and ET or IS will dictate what someone is willing to pay. They will fit other BMWs as well.

The width of the wheel: 19 inches wide?

You know the difference between an inch and a centimetre, yes?
