Well, what do you think of the PlastiDippped wheel centre hubs? I love it and it seems to make the wheels look bigger. I also put in some new non-genuine stick on BMW stickers which really 'pop' and look sweet. Looks better in real life.

Hello .. which one are we looking at ? left or right
which is the modded one ?

I like that, reminds me of the old 3 and 5 series BMW wheels that hard dark centres, been wanting to have a play with mine using plasti dip.

Like this old thing:

Really like this mod, draws your eye to the spokes and they look really nice as they start spinning as your pulling away.If your sad like me when I buy a set of wheels this is what I look for, this I 1 of the reasons I like straight multi (I mean more than 5 ) spoke wheels.Of course when your driving you don't care what your wheels look like ,unless your in the habit of driving past plate glass windows hoping to get a glimpse of your self cruising by ;)

Not quite sure :p
I keep looking at the photos :)
And can't make my mind up if I do or don't ;)

The mod served more than one purpose. Not only does it look good [in my opinion] but it also hides a few scratches that got on 2 of them somehow by a past owner :(

Bear in mind that I have also sprayed the sills, stone guards, and the back diffuser thing [lower bumper] so it matches well.

No sitting on the fence @Shelly hahaha.

The fence is quite comfy Coops, I'm with Shelly.;)

Looks of great work your done :p
But I still can't decide ;)

Not keen on those wheels on a zed.......but the black centres certainly improve them an awful lot.....just my 2p worth :).
Have you used plasti dip on the sills as well ?

Steve

Yes. Used the dip on the sills and made stone guards with it as well. I also did bottom part of the rear bumper. It looks awesome.

That's interesting, how is it standing up to the harshness the sills have to endure ? Just asking as I want to renovate and protect the sills on mine.
Do you have any pics of the rear of your zed......and the sills ?
