That car must have almost zero suspension movement, ie no suspension at all and would be hideous on most English roads.

Yeah thats what Im trying to avoid, went for a forest drive today and some of the roads in the forest leave a lot to be desired at one point I just turned round. Did you sell the spacers when you sold the Z3?

No, I put them onto the Z4 Andy because it's currently on 255 tyres all round. I bought a set of 108's a while ago which I will fit in the spring. Meantime I want to put some winter tyres on the original rims.

Sounds good it was the ride quality I did not want to compromise, did you replace the whole suspension or just the springs?

Andy
I used the standard stuff but it is all relatively new the shocks are Sach Sports line all round.
Lowering any amount on british roads has its draw backs but have not found anywhere it won't go but more care is taken on speed humps etc but not heard anything catch it still is approx 4-4.5 " off the road and the suspention doesn't settle much when i get in.
If it becomes too low you can buy spring pads in 5/7.5 /10/15 and 22.5mm from bmw to give you a little lift if needed
