Water ingress under both seats

Once you’ve removed the scuttle panel you’ll need to poke something into the drain holes to unblock. Then simply clean up and reassemble.

I recon it is filled with crap, because it usually blows peices of leaves out of the windscreen vent all over the dash

I haven’t even considered this. It makes sense, it’s been quite a few years. Is replacement inevitable you think? I have done little maintenance on my top side from covering it. Thank you for the reply !

No. The under scuttle space around it does. This is what blocks up and creates a swimming pool.
