Definitely not in the trees! Last year we got a space about 100yards along the main access road. We were near a toilet block and (an essential) water tap. I'm gonna try and get close to that again as it was ideal. I'll be arriving before lunch time so just look for my car when you arrive on site.
 
For those who don't want to pay but want to visit (about £10 just to visit) There's a layby on the boundary you can park on and walk in. (not the layby on the road in they will fine you)

Just booked our pitch - £20.40 for the two of us.

Can't wait to have a few bottles of brewdog (other beers are available), BBQ, and a nap under the stars!

...Probably because Andrea will kick me out of the tent.

Is anybody taking a kettle with them, because I'll need a cup of tea in the morning.
I can rough it, but only to a certain degree.

There is a lovely cafe 5 mins from the campsite which serve perfect fresh filter coffee, tea and great bacon rolls and croissants... I should get a discount for that! :whistle:
 
You can't say I'm not getting into this camping lark.
Worried about my morning cuppa, I have just gone down to my local Mountain Warehouse store and purchased a single ring camping stove.
The only concern I have now is, will the flames melt the electric cord on my kettle?
 
I was just about to ask about brekkie! So with nothing planned we might bring our own little stove or go to the cafe :)

Just asked lee and were not sure where it is. We spend a lot of time at roundhill and in the surrounding areas and cant think of where it is...?
 
The lovely Little Cafe 3 Merriemeade Cl, Dibden Purlieu, Southampton SO45 4PY 6 mins away from the camp site opens 8am :)

Got a mini BBQ and the obligatory camping chair:popcorn: just the beer and burgers to get ;) ..... I'm sure I'm forgetting something though :confused:
