So how where would I do this wanting to take the Z on a race track some think like I did with the bikes Midlands Area

I've done donninton Silverstone Caldwell Rockingham Mallory on the bike so like to do 1 with the z
Just got to sort a few things now. Brake discs, pads, fluid, hoses. Suspension. Proper service inc all the fluids. Looking forwards to it but, as its an Auto, its not best suited to the track, but I'll go and give it a go. Don't want to boil the box

- BMWCC do track days - but not many local - Donnington is a great track but quite daunting.
Since your local - I would recommend Blyton its near Gainsborough and is a very technical cause - but has loads of run offs - which I had to use a couple of times. So if you made a error - you can safely leave the track.
This is me and a mate from the ilkeston BMW club - having a drive in my "little 2 ltr"

No we didn't know yours was only a 2.0 Q!
You have done some great tracks already on your bike so you will sort of know the score and what to expect when you turn up, which ever track you pick please do a little prep before taking your Z on track, I'm not talking about spending £100s but just check the essentials, brakes, tyres etc. This preventative check will reward you when you are Zinging (or Zedding) on track.
How far are you willing to travel?
Maybe a 2.0 @Grumpy but it has a little help with a couple of friends (turbos). Qs car is quick 308bhp.

But the driver is not as quick as @Brian H
Thinking of having some 1:1 tuition on a private track day - so only 3 cars on track at any one time
as far as Silverstone to Cadwell park . over night stay so fresh in the morning

The circuit at Blyton is dead easy to locate Pete, only about 12 miles from me.

Needs to be a full face helmet with a soft top on most circuits. Also long sleeve shirt, wondered about this until i got hit on the arm by a flying piece of rubber at Silverstone, came a bit keen.

You lucky boy,I'd love to take my zed round Donno track.
As it's a weekend I might come and spectate for an hour as it's on my doorstep.
