Any Zedders in Exeter, Torquay, Totnes, Newton Abbot area who would like to meet at The Tally Ho at Littlehempston near Totnes (http://www.tallyhoinn.co.uk) sometime? Great community pub with great food. Just won local Pub of the Year 2015 award.

What a great idea
Unfortunately I live in Hertfordshire good luck I am sure people in your area would be interested.
I know I would be if this was in my area.

Thanks for your encouragement, Tracy.

No problem.
I am sure you will get locals and further afield I have never as yet found anything local always been at least 100 miles away or lots more.
Would be a good idea for each area to have a local gathering every couple of months.
So on events or weekends away at least we know people.
Good luck with your event.

I'm up for this @MrBlueSky I don't mind getting mine out. I like to get it wet occasionally =))

I was in Totnes a couple of weeks ago

Thanks, but Bideford is over 70 miles away. Trying to find Zedders than are more local - not that those from further afield aren't welcome!
70 miles is local. I do struggle a bit with this mileage issue. This is one very small island, when organising meets or buying cars etc etc 100+ miles is nothing. Jmho of course. ;)

Agreed Dave. In fact @MrBlueSky, we did about 170 miles just to met up for Sunday Lunch with fellow Zedders last Sunday. We had a brilliant day.:)

That's encouraging, however, no takers from anywhere yet. Shame. It's a great pub for food.

Hi @MrBlueSky as we had a chat about Salcombe in a PM, just out of interest, is the Ferry Inn still open?
It was a tradition that when we arrived in Salcombe, we would got straight there and sit out on the terrace with a pint and a crab sandwich....:)

Yes, The Ferry Inn is still here - as are The Victoria, King's Arms and The Fortescue.

Only just seen this. The weekend looks perfect, crisp and clear.Dartmoor would be perfect for a blast pre - lunch. I'd be up for it although it will mean putting off winter maintenance ...again!
Let me know a convenient meet up point that suits.

Cheers,

Jonno

Pub looks great, infinitely better than working in my garage.

Morning
We could meet at Buckfastleigh in the south Devon railway car park at 10.30. Then have a quick tour of Dartmoor before lunch.
Cheers Jonno

Gents,
I will be in the wilds of Devon for the next couple of hours and away from a decent signal.so will catch up later. Keen to get tomorrow sorted as it would be good to meet up.
