Sorry Desiro, yes you are wrong;). I still use TYRE for planning as I think it's a brilliant tool. I used to have an old TomTom, but as TomTom decided to no longer support it I took up their offer of a discount on a new one and upgraded. The process is different when uploading as you cannot upload directly to the TomTom unit (unlike the old TomToms) as you have to upload the itinerary file to MyDrive first. Mydrive then syncs with the TomTom unit. HTH
Thanks Mint I'll buy a new TomTom now. I've been delaying it for this reason. The old one is like "Trigger's Broom" Go720 I think.

What do you guys use for itinerary planning these days? I used to use Tyre To Travel, but I think it only works with really old Tom Tom's. I might be wrong with that bit.
I prefer MyRoutes, then just send them to Tom Tom one drive and they upload to the device.
