Been thinking about this for a while a weekend cruise around Cheddar Gorge and Wookey hole if any interest I will delve deeper ..My thoughts are around Feb 2016 as its very quiet etc anyone interested?

Thanks for the feedback all of it sounds positive . So between us we need
1/A Suitable date
2/ Accommodation or not
3/ A schedule
My preferences are

1/Any weekend in Feb
2/A nice cosy local pub with food and real ale for Fri and Sat night
3/A visit To Cheddar Gorge on sat and spend the day there and a bit of a cruise. On Sunday Wookey hole and lunch some where.
More than happy to change 2 + 3 if needed . Please leave your thoughts and we can get this sorted !!
We are away on hols This Sunday for 2 weeks but I can spend the rest of December sorting out options.
Once again thanks for your interest and Badman Somerset aint that far !
 
we did the Gorge earlier in the year but would be interested in going again a fantastic place depending on dates thou:whistle:
 
I would prefer to spend more time in my car than in the pub. I'm not a fan of meeting and parking up for much more than half an hour or so.
 
No prob Jack we will find a pub with a big car park...joking apart that's the sort of info we need to make sure it meets every ones needs..
 
Might be that people can only make one of the two days if you are planning a long weekend. Might be an idea to plan two good days. Part driving and enjoying / part visiting attractions if people wish as well as a nice place for food.

Would be interested as well would be nice if it was a Saturday as they always seem to be on Sundays.
 
Well we would be interested in driving to the area on the Friday staying over ready for Saturday morning drive and possibly staying Saturday for a easy run home on the Sunday a niece weekend or stay Saturday night ready for Sunday drive we would go with the majority
 
That's OK with me, once it is firmed up I will book the hotel.
 
Valentines weekend ?
Im up for it hope the missus doesn't have other ideas:poke:
