I personally think the Alpina 3 spoke wheel is one of the nicest options you can go for. On my old E30 Alpina C2 2.5, it had the Alpina 4 spoke MOMO wheel, which looked and felt really nice.

The wheel you've linked a picture of, looks like some very dodgy Chinese knockoff. It actually reminds me of the wooden Nardi wheel they use to have in the Mk1 MX-5 V-Special, but more garish.

I think you're all being horrible and insensitive by dissing some poor fella that took a lot of time and care fashioning this wheel - from a fruit bowl that someone had the good grace to chuck in a skip. Should have done us all a favour and burnt it instead
