They have a camera van quite regularly near the Grandstand on Carholme Road in Lincoln, it was there tonight and luckily I was behaving as the usual car park scenario hadn't really got going so it was possible to get up to 30 mph as opposed to the usual 3 mph. It's never there long before word gets back from the outside tyre fitters via truck drivers et al. TBH they're checking for road tax dodgers more than anything because they post temporary warning signs either side of where they park up.
