Something for the weekend...

Z3lda is my special ' I Fancy a top down drive today.' car!..... As I'm retired, every day is a Saturday or Sunday,:D
so no daily driver required as such.
I have a new Kia Ceed for normal duties, and an old Nissan Primera which I used to ferry my drum kit to and from gigs. Still hoping to join a band up here, but if nothing turns up the Primera is in such good nick it would be a wrench to sell her.

Bonzo.

Had my Z3 since July of '13 but just put it on the road 30 Sept. '14. Don't like to drive it with salt on the road so use a Honda Del Sol as a daily. Am about to sell it but have a bmw 325 ci '02 waiting in the wings for a daily. Have a Ford F150 when the snow's too deep or need to haul something. I'm going to sell that very soon, and have a Toyota Tacoma waiting to be used. Frankie

My Z4M is for summer/weekend/groceries/movies, but no winter and limited work trips. The parking at work is cramped and full all the time except Saturdays/Sundays, so my 2005 Mazda6 is my daily driver. I make it a goal to drive it at least once a week when not stored away for winter. Windsor, ON, Canada.

I bought mine as a weekender, having a 320d as a daily, but circumstances have changed and I can't afford to run both at the moment. The obvious choice was to get rid of the 320 :D

Mine is also a dry day only car that lives in a garage with a duvet on to keep it warm, its been out in the rain twice with me, once bringing it home and the other a trip to the garage.
The roads also have to be dry so no dewy morning jaunts yet.
Good job me and the wife have another car each.
And they are all off the road.

Great to meet you @Shiro_se! Did you do an intro thread and I missed it?

Nice to have another Canadian on forum. Those UK drivers tend to completely ignore us over here!! lol you'll find a wealth of knowledge and companionship here I'm sure and if you're ever headed to Manitoba let me know, I'm about a120kms NE of Winnipeg just outside St Georges and Pine Falls-Powerview! Good to meet you too Jim. Shamefully, I've never been farther West in Canada than Wawa as an adult. Just did a quick Google Maps search, you're at least 20 hours non-stop. That's quite the hike.

Someday maybe I'll be able to convince the little lady to go somewhere non-tropical for vacation. Then maybe we'll see.

Only twenty hours. Last time out west I drove from Vernon, BC TO Prince George turned around and drove home nonstop in a 91 Mercedes 190e pulling an overloaded small trailer in 36 hrs almost to the minute. Have been to WAWA years ago. Nice little town and friendly people. Keep in touch, it gets lonely on here after everyone calls it a day. JIM

Mine's a weekender and evening car only and stays garaged the rest of the time. When I insured it the insurance company didn't like the idea of me using it to commute anyway. No idea why that was.

I need four seats for my job as I'm running customers around quite a bit, airport trips, etc usually with a good amount of luggage and I have a Jaguar XF for that.
