Just got back from the body shop, the same one that did my bonnet repair for € 1.762,31 (That was on my mates insurance, serves him right for reversing into me)

Owner had a good look, took some photos.......and quoted me 2K........ :-o
Full re-spray.

I have had some issues with a neighbour recently who complained that I parked my cars on 'his' side of the road. I live on a terraced street, and there is parking on both sides of the road. If there are no spaces on 'my' side of the road, then I will park on the other side, bloody obvious decision if you ask me. But this 'neighbour' took offence to me parking on his side of the street. I wouldn't be surprised if he has taken it out on my zed. Fortunately the scratches aren't too deep and will probably t-cut out.
I have not had issues, as far as I am aware but this has crossed my mind and I am now parking elsewhere.
Its probably not the kind of money that you would want to do time for, but you know what I mean. X(

So, total so far this year just on cosmetics € 3.172,31.

sorry to hear the people are not normal in your part of the world as well :-o

Paul, badman is right, nobody seems to be but its not just now, its been like it for years, every time the economy goes into decline.

Back in the 1990's my partners BMW 3 series paintwork was badly damaged on New Years Eve by neighbors with their fireworks.
We were not at home at the time, so could prove nothing the next day.

Here mirrors have been kicked off, here number plates have been stolen and another car she owned had a brick thrown through the rear window when the road was being repaired, not only here car, twelve others as well and the police just shrugged their shoulders.

My cars, up until now, were always parked up on the drive, so escaped attention.
We were living in the so called "better part of town" but you can do bugger all when the binge drinkers use your street as a short cut and you are tucked up in bed.

It wouldn't bother me that much having my car keyed, so long as I caught them doing it and just happened to be holding a pipe wrench at the time :ymdevil:
