Yesterday I could only get the home page up but in “light” format - I use the dark side. I couldn’t log in all day - well up till midday then I gave up.
Everything seems ok today.

Sure thing, refunds are processed on the fifth Thursday of the month. Just bring the form along in person to the postcode @Redline mentioned, transaction normally processed within 365 working days.

What was the problem @GazHyde? Is it fixed or just hiding? How deep was it buried in the system?

Haven't had chance to catch up with James as it's mad busy at my real job, and he's likely fed up with my early morning text "updates". I do know he's had his guys monitoring the clusters closely, so guess they found something or made some tweaks.
