Just got the car today for first time. New Bilstiens all around and front rotors and im inspected and certified to drive in the great state of Maryland. Was going for acupuncture but forgot my mask, car being brand new and all... So I went driving instead.
Rolled into country club I didn't belong to and took some pics, then to empty college alma mater for more pics. Unbelievable experience! Felling Blessed

May not be right place in the forum for this, so please move if so. But last Sunday took my Zed to a Bristol car club’s first big meet post lockdown, and it was absolutely glorious. Had an unbelievable turnout, with Ferrari’s, a Lambo, a Jag E type, various Aston’s including a DB2, amongst others. I’ve attached a shot taken by a photographer of my zed as well as some other BMWs at the meet.

The Z looks mighty Nav, and as you say some nice cars there too. We spent Sunday entertaining at home though, but it was a great day for it here near Lincoln.

It’s obviously a nice Z...but the photography from a so-called professional...I’d not pay him/her is all I’m saying.

Haha, yes @ktnez99 I agree. In fairness, the photographer comes to do it for free out of passion, and a bit of free promo I guess. And also the zed was one of the more unremarkable cars there so don't blame them for not spending much time on it.

I spent most of my time staring at an 80s 911 Targa, the E Type, and some Mustangs.

Thanks Tony!

some wet track day pics:

had to put the roof up for the first part, too much rain!

Going through Paddock - have to stay on the outside for grip but pray you don’t kiss the painted kerb:

still getting plenty of compression down paddock - at this point it’s on full throttle at the top of 3rd and looks like it hard on the brakes at the front and squatting at the rear - e dip just pulls you down into the track - could carry plenty of speed even in the wet, scary stuff!

Turning in for Paddock. Plenty of front end bite still:
