The dax, factory 5 and the GD's are the ones I liked.Beautiful. I've always loved cobras, sadly I'll never be able to afford a real one. I would like to build a replica though, I've seen the one I want, made by a company called XCS designs.
Most of the cobra replicas I've seen have terrible chassis and as an engineer I have a problem with buying something that I don't think is up to the job!
A 3 series would make a far better Base than the old Sierra based cars. I assume it's e36?The dax, factory 5 and the GD's are the ones I liked.
But the Anaconda is BMW 3-series based, which I liked a lot as idea.
Then again I knew the chassis fabricator very well. So normally all tubes are made in 2mm. Except for the tube just behind the drivers seat (the rear shocks, the optional roll bars and the seat-harnasses are bolted to the one) that is made from 3mm.
....mine is completely made from 3mm tubes....which makes it 25kg more heavy, but I know for sure the chassis is strong enough.
Rear axle completely from an E36 (325i) front hub's (including brake-calipers) also E36. Steering E30 (as this is non-servo-assisted)A 3 series would make a far better Base than the old Sierra based cars. I assume it's e36?
I think if you put more than that in it Koen, it would probably kill you.I only have 150 bhp
Me: possiblyI think if you put more than that in it Koen, it would probably kill you.
