Headed out towards Newark this time just "off the cuff" no ideas as yet. Ended up out near Grantham back through the villages into Lincoln through town out to by pass. No stop sorted yet. Just shy of 50 miles and 1.5 hours. A good starting point. Need to do some homework on the landmark thing.

Anyway, a small taster of this years run out before lunch at the Swan. Only the first trial today so some adjusting to do but this bit is in without the stops and reversing bits

Recce - Take 2. It would appear that it was a day for car enthusiasts of all marques to enjoy the sun today. We met various types of cars all around our 2nd. run round the Sept. 2nd cruise route.
There was however a Minor hold up, or two even. Also a BMW 2002? and a Vauxhall VX490.

We called in at the IBCC and paid £3 to park and had a look round. We realise that on the 2nd. there won't be time to have a look around the centre but we are happy to pay £3 to park for a few minutes to take some pictures as it a very good cause. How do you all feel about it please?

The charge is £3 per car not per person and the parking charge helps to cover cost of site maintenance.
