The Lancaster is a brilliant strong image that typifies the RAF over many decades. Not just the plane but the hidden message of team work. A super combination of iconic aircraft, people and of course, sky!

The selfie is a brilliantly timed image.

“Op Ruman, first in” is my choice. Simply because it’s about the people in the RAF and the services they support. It’s not about the glamour or impact of the planes, or the grunt (no pun intended) of the job, but, about the human aspect. This is the hidden part of the job.
Yup. Those Medics had a baptism of fire and honed many skills I would suggest on the extraction/rescue choppers.

=)) Loved the 80's mate, what a time was had by all, was just when I had started working in the Oil & Gas, early, mid 80's.
Good old song lyrics by Dire Straits, "Money For Nothing And Chicks For Free" .... ;)
