Nice touch Marv it looks really fresh

Looks awesome well done

Interesting! Looked slightly unusual out of the car. But in the context of being fitted with the door cards looks great!

Looks very good. Goes well with rest of car.

Looks a nice job , great stuff

Great work- and looking well!!

I like that, looks really subtle.

:scorecard: Wow they look great :p

Look great in the pictures, how do they look in the flesh ? do they look painted ?, or do they look like the leather was coloured from the factory ?
Ive got a set of red and black seats that I want to turn all black, just need some reassurance that all will be okay

If you use good quality products then it will be down to your skill in preparing the leather, ensuring no dust lands on it and avoiding over-spray. Pretty much like painting panels but much easier to master. You can apply by sponge but just like painting panels you get a better result from spraying.

I use Furniture Clinic products. I did these seats which were tan originally. Now I'm doing a 2-tone Topaz Blue/Black sport seat but no colour change.

Are they the original Chameleon leather Sport seats from your 3.0 Sport? In my view they are the most desirable leather/colour combination and if it matters to you, you would devalue them changing to black. But if they are in an Estoril Blue car I can see why you would want black.

The seats in my car from the factory are sports seats in black classic leather (quite a thick leather and very grainy). The seats I have have that I want to swop in are red and black Z3M seats. Just waiting for the weather to warm up before I have a go at them

That all makes sense :)

I may be interested in your old seats if you are going to sell them.

Ive got the Z3M seats in the car at the moment and although it looks a bit like superman with the red bolsters and the blue bodywork. But my god they feel great, and Im sure they've added 20 horse power ;)
The black sports seats are now in my black 2.2
