I'm pushing on with this, and think I have enough crackers to make it worthy of doing.

Gill, I have dipped in to the POTM competition entries where I can but I've needed to grab some from elsewhere for certain reasons. Mainly due to the size of some pictures which have been submitted not being high enough resolution. Also needed a couple of images for particular events, and to fit in with the charity/zed content.

I think the POTM pictures calendar will work great for future years though - assuming we can be assured of hi resolution images being submitted.

I'm about to contact a printer to get a proof copy made up. Just waiting permission to use images from two members (nudge, nudge).

Images have now been uploaded to the printers, so just waiting for a proof print to arrive through the post.

If that proves acceptable, then it's full steam ahead and I'll post a preview of the calendar.

Received the calendar proof prints for approval. Here is a sneak preview (they will be A4 landscape - you can just make out the crop marks). More details to follow when I work out P&P costs...

The calendars have arrived, and look incredibly splendid in the final form! Just waiting for the cardboard mailing envelopes to arrive, then I can work out posting costs.

Will be able to take orders from 1st week of December at the latest.

When you are checking postage costs, it might be worth seeing if you can get 2 (or more) in an envelope as the incremental cost will be less than double.
Put me down for a coupe please but if demand is high, one will suffice

Good idea about the postage Gary because i will probably want more than one. Just wondering how many xmas

If I can fit two in then that will be great. The dimensions of the envelope certainly suggest there will be ample space for 2.

I've ordered 40 to start us off with. The printers I'm using can print and deliver more within 4-5 days (this batch I approved on Monday, and received on Friday). If we need more, I'm confident I can still get them delivered by the middle of December so no chance of anyone not getting one before Xmas if they want.

It's why I started organising back at the end of October

This coming weekend we are moving house so place me down as a definate for two and i will pm you my new address.

Problem that i may have is that my broadband may not be up and running in time after we get inso i'm going to be
