Why do you disagree Tony? I have seen the rubber covers on fleabay and these obviously don't fit the the pedals with them removed

You should not mount these on top of the original rubber anti-slip pads. Bad idea.:(

I agree and didn't say you should, I just said you can buy them and I think this is the type he has.

Mine are fitted the same way as most have using the small washes and clamping them to the pedals i think they are designed this way.
I have never had any issues been rock solid since i bolted them on. :thumbsup:

I'm not sure what you mean Niall. I just meant you shouldn't mount the alloy pedals on top of the original rubber pads. Anyway I managed to drill my pedals and fitted the screws and nuts.

I think you will find the ones you have there are designed to fit on top of the rubbers not to replace them, thats why the holes are in the wrong place. you can get either.
Sorry Nodzed they are most definitely not to go on top of the rubbers it would be very dangerous since you would run the risk of the whole lot coming off when pressing pedal not cool on brake.
