Plenty of calories left so thought i would treat me self
 
Slightly confused now @billz is it now up to us to find somewhere to stop for lunch???? Do we still need to bring a picnic?
Did you see any car parks on your reccie that might be possible lunch stops for maybe one or two groups as we haven't been able to do a dry run of the route.
Weather looking ok for next Sunday so hopefully an outdoor lunch will be ok :)

The car park at Castleton may hold us all but it depends how many other people are there. Mozza mentioned last night about the fickle mermaid at Chapel en le frith as there is also a Lidle. So i am going to put that as the stop for Lunch. But then again that depends on the amount of other people that are there.
 
New ITN File sent to those that requested it. This now has the Fickle Mermaid/Aldi at Chapel en le Frith as a potential lunch stop. This will depend on how many other people are using the car parks.
It maybe a case that we can not stay together as a full group of 40 cars and have to split up. If the Car parks at Castleton can accommodate us all then this would be my preference as the Lunch/Main stop so we will be aiming for there first if this does not hold us all then it will be the Fickle Mermaid. All those with the ITN File will need to delete the Lunch Stop for the Fickle Mermaid if we do manage to stop at Castleton before we leave there.
It is an absolute pain trying to find places that can hold 40 cars.

Hi Bill, I'm sorry to have to say no we won't make it mate. Shirl's back is still giving her a lot of pain and a long ride in my Z would not be good for her right now. It wouldn't be the same without her, hopefully we can get there next time. Hoping for a great day for you all though.

Hopefully catch up at Zedfest mate. Hope Shirl gets well soon
 
Looking forward to this run, since my accident two weeks ago, I have been unsure whether to cancel but today I had the stitches out and now have this leg brace instead of the cast and crutches. I am now fully mobile but with a stiff leg and still a bit slow but improving every day. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
