The suspension etc I would do all in one go if you can afford it.
Having seen @Ducklakeview relocating roof motors a few weeks ago I would guess that the fluid needs topping up. We saw several that had virtually no fluid left in the tank. Moving the roof motor is a common and well worthwhile mod. Will protect the motor itself from the harsh conditions it suffers down where they were installed.
