I would be surprised if the Suzuki was as well built as the Kia, though neither are cutting edge exciting vehicles. I would go with the Kia overall though.

I think you have to drive both makes and check out the cars feel etc as to which you would feel most comfortable with as the posts so far are pretty divided.

Have driven them already. Both are… meh…
Arranged another test with Suzuki tomorrow and still waiting for my slot in the test drive list for the KIA.

Yeah. I will order it in black with dark windows and chrome wheels so I can cruise with me hand hanged outside the window listening to trap music. This is how I roll.
(Tinted windows are nice to have in Greece).

Just an update to this.
The Vitara was a very good choice.
practical, does about 540km on a full tank, behaves like a solid piece on bad roads and has many many interesting features, like auto distance from the car on the front, auto brake, an excellent sound system and multimedia and led lights. Very happy so far.

I think these days Suzukis still have a bad rep, quite unfairly I feel.

Nice. Do you think your rules for the allowable window tint are different from say the UK? Maybe it’s just the photo, but looks very dark.

Not sure but this is how it came. It was a factory option, so I guess maybe its a hot climate Spec. the option was “thermal repelling privacy windows” and was a 350€ charge. in this climate, a lifesaver.

The rear side widows look darker than the front side windows, which is OK in the UK also.

Agreed Picture 3 shows the privacy glass is only on the rear doors back
Front only has standard tint as you can see through it and the windscreen in that picture.
