All being well Paul, got to give it a damn good clean though. Dealer said he would chuck a bucket of water over it before we picked it up, and I think he did just thatBit of a shock Tony, makes mine even rarer now. Will we be seeing the new steed at Beckingham, can form a pair of bookends with Denise and Keith
A few bits Keith, mostly cosmetic. What you got planned mods wise Tony?
You can buy some completely different models which include led lights in a chrome housing. Almost £100 a pair, but essential.Absolutely breathtaking colour combination, white exterior offers plenty of possibilities for modifications, you'll have a nice time for sure!
I haven't dealt with E89 so far, so what's wrong with the side indicators @Nodzed ?
Regards
Dominik
Absolutely Keith, horrible things. My E85 was on them when I got it, sad to say these are nearly new with 8mm on them. They grip well but road noise isn't nice on the tar and gravel surfaces we have locally.Definitely get shot of the run flats on the 19's when the time comes.
Scrounged from outside tyre fitters at Tanvic Tyres, where they got them from .................................... ask no questions etc. etc.And the tyre valve caps from…?
I found this on YouTube, it shoes the replacement side repeaters being fitted. A huge improvement.I guess the money can be spent on worse stuff than that
I'm anxious to see what they'll look like. A shame the side indicators are no more integrated in the BMW badge.
