...... and you're right Sean, this is how they keep the costs of racing as low as possible. They did similar things years ago with grass track racing (bikes and cars) trying to keep costs sensible so more people could afford to try their hand. Until it was eventually spoiled by local rich farmers who gave their lads whatever it cost to win everything.
Why else do you think Andy got a 2.8 for his track car?
