So many people in here have gone on a Journey (forgive the pun) with their Zeds, modifying and tinkering on the way, you have created a very distinctive Z3 that is yours and yours alone....well done you.

The spoiler makes such a standout difference and creates a purposeful stance without being the Scooby ironing board overkill. I don't expect any performance advantage at all to be honest - not that I drive it like I could get any. Its about looks.

I hear what you're saying about the bling, but, its the only thing thats missing. I'm looking from a balance perspective - when you look from the side - it gives you an arch from the rear wheels and stone guards through the door handle and the gills and then the front wheels. But, I can see also it all adds up and detracts from the lovely lines of the Z3.
No balance Ian I must admit but to balance it would mean fitting something like a full or part body kit and I'm not sure it wouldn't be a step too far. Trouble with the Zs is they've got the older man tag in the younger enthusiasts eyes, that's why you'll not see many with add on kits, not that they make one that looks real nice IMO. Except the Bertini.
Here's a pic of Anthony Cherry's Z3"M" with his Bertini kit, changes the look completely cant tell easily it's a Z though.

I personally love the look of this car, but wouldn't use my Z to convert to one unless it got damaged etc.

My first meet at Roy and Staceys Silvertone birthday bash.

This was my first of many many events I have attended since. Let's hope there's many many more to come! :)
Knew I had a pic of Dave and Jue somewhere in my albums, taken me forever to find it, didn't know just what lovely people had turned up for that meet at the time.

Its been a pleasure having you as a member here Roy, and your Zed has certainly transformed well over time! I still find it intriguing how a silly website can inspire and change people's attitudes, and also bring people together and forge lasting friendships. There are some good memories in your photos for me as much as there are for you. We've had some cracking meetups over the years, and long may they continue.
Yep remember you well laying down the law............"...".. To someone you now work so close with.

The grin reflects the hearing problem this young man has.
