Here's my car. It's done 131000miles and 15 previous owners. I have owned it 3 weeks and have absolutely fallen for the car.

Manage to pick up a tonneau cover for £65 which I thought was a bargain. The outer sills were showing rust so I decided today to get the off along with the wings. Now on hunt for some replacements.

Some work the previous owner did to suspension. It's not the cleanest example which was of the reasons for buying but it's all there and runs Well. It was only 10mins down the road from which was handy to.

Picked these up for £30 from eBay. Even came in original bmw box with fixings to. Now wings and the side skirts.

My side skirts were pretty scruffy, are these avaiable new as I seem to be struggling to find them for sale. Or is it a trip to the dealer ?

Replacement sills are available from BMW dealers. Ask for 10% discount and you should get a pair for £268 plus a few pence. New wings are very expensive from BMW (£240 EACH I think). I got a new one for £60 from e-bay. Quality is not the best with burr edges in a few places also the bottom edge needs to be seam sealed, so another £10 and acouple of hours required before it is ready to paint.

@roadvoyager1 thanks for the info, deco going to bmw for side sills no point messing about. Shame no one has done plastic versions. WOW £240 each for the front wings, mine don't seem that bad all of a sudden.

@Jjim thanks Collecting parts, will end up going to the body shop when ready and once I've sold my other car.
