Me and Mozz are looking at doing them next year instead of the Slovenia trip through the Alps.

The Pyrenees are very pretty and not as busy as the Alps.

A much more relaxed drive.

Not sure that I prefer them. A little like Stilton and cheddar. They're both different and both good.

We had all sorts of weather, rain, cloud and sunshine. My friend did the route, but never realised that 10 miles can take up to an hour!

Left San Sebastion at 9.30 and finally got to our hotel at 9pm. Very tired!

Scaled back today's route to a mere 6 hours... Hopefully.

Looking forward to it though.

:)

As you say Rew, a lot prettier than the Alps, Done the alps and would not rush to do them again (other than passing through them to get to somewhere else). but would quite happily plod around the Pyrenees.

Rev, you know how it is: now you feel exhausted, but after one week you will wish to be exhausted again..........;)
This is the best feeling the open Zed gives you. Sorry doesn't last untill next spring! It's like the motorcycle virus.
Charge your batteries more as possible right now and wish you a good trip and sunny weather!:)

Well you wouldn't want either to leak, would you. Hope you're still having fun.

Now home after 3,800 miles and a really fantastic time.

Not taken as many pictures as I'd have liked, but we've enjoyed ourselves immensely.

I only saw a total of 3 Z's in the whole trip, 2 French and one Belgian. Very weird as I'd have a Z if I lived in France straight off. It is just a wonderful place to drive and the right car to own.

Can recommend it as a holiday. Lovely.

:)
