Monkey Machine

Enjoy each day as it comes Matt, there won't be two alike. Easy to say as a grandparent because you can always return them but after all been there done that.:)

Tony.

ps. A pair of beauties mate.

Indeed it is mate! Following your mods with interest.

Tony.

The mods are going well! The mechanical ones! I have gone through every cut bend and weld a million times in my head! It's the electronics I have a problem with!!

As am I @machine monkey! Will look at turboing my 1.9 next spring when my younger brother moves back to Manitoba. After-cat is something I'm looking at also so following along with interest!
Congrats on the new Zedder and both Mother and child are beauties. As Tony says enjoy every minute as things change very quickly and before you know it you're the Grandpa bragging about the Grandkids. Here's my latest Piper at 101/2 months, next one due in a month and a half in Santiago, Chile, JIM image.webp

That is what makes my work life more difficult for me, mechanical engineering and general fabrication is what I was trained in as an agricultural engineer. Not much of that applies to modern day cars sadly.:(

Tony.

Maybe not Tony but it has served you well in a few mods such as the foot extension project you sorted out. Still have mine to install along with a few other bits, bobs and knobs!! We haven't had a good knob thread for some time I hope this doesn't get me in trouble with the Boss but certainly won't be the first time! JIM

He looks like a crazy little dude.

I will keep you all updated as and when i get to it. But it might take a little longer than i hoped. I have only just got the clutch/flywheel replaced. And the gearbox back on. Next up is to finish off the hydraulic steering conversion. Then maybe get started on building the exhaust in preparation for the turbo. Building and piping it is not a problem. Its the ECU thats scaring the sh1t out of me!!!

I'm sure you'll easily overcome that problem

I have confidence that you will overcome that problem, maybe contact @Tommy Bates when you get there as he seems to have quite a grasp on all this!! Oh, and that he is a she named Piper and is by far the best baby I've ever encountered. Now there's another born Dec 9. In Santiago, Chile to my oldest son Damon, partner Paz and big brother Joaquín who will be three in January. JIM IMG_2806.webp
